If it was possible to give a negative star that would be more reflective of his service. He is totally unprofessional. He will lie to you, take your money and never be heard from or seen again. I can't warn you enough to stay away from him."

"I don't normally write reviews, but this was absolutely excellent service! I used Alpine a few years back to replace a broken spring and rollers and I came back because my garage was making a loud sound. I called and they got me in same day with great prices. I've referred my Dad to them when his spring broke a few weeks ago and I would refer them to anyone again! Appreciate the service!"

"When you are at your home waiting for Alpine to show up for an appointment they made and they NEVER showed up or even called, that is not the way to do business. Happened TWICE! Giving them a THIRD chance, I was supposed to receive a call back on Tuesday to see when they could actually come out...today is Friday -- not a word. Alpine, it is terrible customer service to not inform your clients of what is going on, not to mention common courtesy! Ended up calling GDS Garage Door Service, who came out the very next day, fixed my garage (without a scissor lift) and were less expensive than Alpine's estimate."

"I needed to get a garage door fixed immediately, as the house was being sold and turned over to the new owners that same day. I called three other businesses and nobody could come out sooner than 2-3 days. Joe with Alpine was here within hours and got the work completed. He was so professional and honest I would recommend him to anyone! The price was awesome and he didn't even charge extra for same day service!! Call and ask for Joe; you won't be disappointed."
