"Fantastic experience with both Shawn (who did the estimate) and Ethan/Mitch (who did the install). I was slightly hesitant to go with True Pros simply because they were so much cheaper than any other company I talked to but picked them because I liked the fact that they were a small family business. They offered me a much better system than any other company and pointed out that with existing power/gas rebates it would be significantly cheaper than even a basic furnace. And they're handling filing for the rebates for me! I think the most telling thing is that I had another HVAC estimator out for a boiler issue after the install and when I told him how much we'd paid he said it was both a really clean install and a great deal. I think he was a little jealous. Ethan and Mitch were incredibly efficient even though I kept bugging them throughout the install and even managed to seem interested in answering my questions. :) They were doing a full furnace/AC replacement and completed the entire thing (and cleaned up) in under eight hours. Super impressive. I HIGHLY recommend True Pros at this point. I'm a week post-install and everything has been running perfectly so far."
