"I used the KeyMe automated kiosk inside the Smith's grocery store in Syracuse, Utah to make two copies of our house key. The price was okay, and it was very convenient to use, since the kiosk is close to our home. The keys work great! I did pay the $2 additional fee to have the keys ground down a bit to make them function better in the lock. I think that was probably helpful in having the keys work as well as they do. I recommend that little addition. Thank you for providing this service."

"Alright so I only called to see about getting a spare key made for my car. I have one and would like and extra just in case. They don't have a physical store. The technician has to come out and its a fee right off. Plus parts and labor. Looks like they cost a pretty penny. If you're locked out of your car or something I would recommend calling AAA. These people are going to price guide you."

"They said it was $29 for an estimate. When he got there he quoted over $300 to change the lock! Then pressured my wife into paying $50 to his personal venmo account for the estimate! Terrible service! They clamed the lock was un-pickable. The next day I had a friend try to pick it and he had it open in 2 minutes I bought a new lock on Amazon and changed it for $20."

"Was fast and easy service. Although, it was pretty pricey. I would call someone closer in range and maybe try not to leave my keys in the car again. Online it says Syracuse, but the person was 20 mins away and charged by the miles. I was in Syracuse and only a half a mile away from this location. My bill should’ve been cheaper."
