Josh and the rest of the crew were able to do a diagnosis of my laptop after it stopped powering on. maybe since my situation wasn’t bad he merely notified me what the problem was, and was giving me the chance to decide if I want to get it fixed to which I did and they were able to fix it earlier than what I had expected.
