"I called 12/12/23 at 9AM and first spoke with Wes who then transferred me to Jason. I called for info on build and install of walk in freezer. Jason was really kind and I can tell he knows his stuff so I felt confident that I found a good company. I gave him the dimensions of the room for the freezer that would need built with a pallet door. We discussed a ramp in and out and all the details. He was supposed to get me a quote by Friday, 12/15/23 and I did not receive anything. I called again today, Tuesday 12/19/23 at 10AM, but had to leave a message for him. I never received a call back and it's about 5PM now. My first impression of Wernli Inc is they are not good with communication and follow through. This was going to be a very expensive job that Wernli has now lost out on. Customer service and follow up go a long way and they flopped on this one."
