"I called them urgently for a leak in our cabin while guests staying since our normal plumber was sick. They did come out right away and determined we needed a new kitchen sink Faucet. I agreed to the $1250 charge and it was installed the next day. Later that same day our cleaners went to cabin and found a lot of water leaking under sink again. I called back the plumber who said this had to be due to a hole in my sink I didn't want to argue just get it fixed. They wanted $4305 to install the next day before our next guests would arrive. They said it was so expensive because they have to install the sink as an under mounted sink so lots of extra labor. They stated we would get a top of the line Kohler Black Granite under mounted sink. After they spent 8 hours at cabin I received a picture showing a above the counter sink when I asked why they said it's all they could get. I was glad it was fixed but decided to hold payment 1 day to be sure. That night our guests arrived and the sink disconnected and water went everywhere again. I called the Manager Tony and instead of just saying we will take care of it he started saying the guests must have hit it. At that point I was unhappy and said I should have been called before cutting our granite counter tops to install a not approved top mount sink which most likely wasn't needed and now the first thing he says after a 4k bill is our guests did it. He wouldn't listen and started yelling at me. I had already texted the plumber who installed it and he was on the way back. Sure enough in the end it was due to a short cut drain pipe not our guests. In all 3 separate trips with 2 of them not necessary and $5,500 spent. I found out the sink they installed only cost $400... not exactly top of the line in my opinion, the sink they removed cost over $1200 for just the sink. The next day I received a call from the plumber apologizing for the issues but I never received a call from the Manager Tony after 4 days which is his service recovery duty in my opinion and the one who should have never yelled at a customer. If you want fast expensive service they will do it. Maybe the issues I had are due to an inexperienced plumber, maybe bad luck, or maybe they took advantage knowing I was not present to see the work? You decide! Probably a commission based operation. Be sure they are very clear about the work they are doing before signing anything!"
