Best Botanicals

"I ordered 16 oz of yucca glauca root powder on 3/31/22. I was specifically wanting glauca, and the website presented it as such. When I received the package, it only said "Yucca Root Powder". I was concerned at the lack of a botanical variety listed, as I was making a large and costly batch of product, which included organic French Lavender essential oil among other costly organic ingredients. I emailed the company for clarification--no response. I called the company--no response. Finally, I got a call back, and was assured the yucca was glauca, and not shidigera, as I had feared. I proceeded to make the product. The result was a complete and costly failure due to a non soaping soap yucca plant powder. I requested to return the "yucca powder" (with 2 ounces used), and receive a return label and full refund. I have yet to hear from the company, despite a repeated request. Bad product; bad company. Just say no."

"Ordered two bags of milk thistle seeds in July 2021 and the package had an expiration date of 2024. Upon opening the bag, the seeds smell RANCID!!! People are taking these herbs to help with ailments but the omega oils in the seeds has already turned into a carcinogen. How dare they package old and stale seeds with a 3 year expiration shelf life???? Tried calling several times to have a few words with them but no one answers. They should not be in business."
