"BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE, RUDE REPRESENTATIVE, YOU CALL THEM AND CANT GET A HOLD OF ANYBODY, I LEFT A VOICEMAIL NO ONE CALLED BACK, EMAILED THEM- NO ONE EMAILED ME BACK- FINALLY GOT A HOLD OF A REP TOLD THEM ABOUT MY SITUATION- SHE DIDN'T APOLOGIZE SHE JUST SAID HOLD AND STARTS TRANSFERRING ME ALL OVER AGAIN AND NOW IM ON HOLD AGAIN- VERY BAD SERVICE, I DONT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO THIS COMPANY- I TOLD ONE OF THE REPS AND SHE DIDNT CARE- WELL THEN CONGRATS YOU JUST LOST A CUSTOMER AND I DONT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO WEX/FLEET COMPANY- STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE AND COMPANY- NOT WORTH IT."

"My employer chose this company to handle our FSA this year, and it has been nothing but a hassle to use the card. WEX sends a letter threatening to close my account upon every transaction if I do not send them itemized receipts through the physical paper mail/USPS. I have used FSA accounts for the last 14 years in my professional life through my employers and have NEVER had a company act this way and treat the card holders as if they are committing fraud or something. The charges they list on the letters are OBVIOUSLY FOR MEDICAL PURPOSES, on their own letter. Yet they threaten to close my account every time I swipe that card! WEX is unprofessional and a burden on my life, I wish my employer did not pick them, I will opt out if they are used next year. Absolutely ridiculous. Is WEX forgetting this is MY MONEY?!"

"If you can choose who manages your HSA or FSA don't choose WEX! They act like you are buying guns and ammo from the dentist or your wife's OG BYN! This is no joke, they have denied multiple payments we have paid after hours of uploaded multiple detailed receipts. I have had to reimburse they with my taxed dollars. Their customer care or help department is not helpful. They are not in business to help people! They are in business to use people's Healthcare savings methods to leverage their money making tactics."

"Took over 2 hours of being on hold to get someone on the phone. Lady was very rude. I asked for a benefits card replacement, 3 weeks later I still don’t have it. Idk if they even sent it, if I want to find out if they did send it I have to wait over 2 hours on hold. This company is a joke!"

"I had an HSA with WEX with a previous company. When I left the company, I submitted paperwork to transfer the HSA to Fidelity. I mistakenly assumed that all was taken care of so I was surprised to see that, after a month, I had received another monthly charge from WEX for holding my $7000. Fidelity offered to help bring the money over. I just filled out their paperwork but had to mail it to them because WEX needed an original signature. A few days later Fidelity called back. Sorry, they said, just about every other company in the world will allow us to use your signature for a transfer of assets. WEX however, refuses to accept your signature requesting this transfer. So now I'm back trying to get WEX to respond to me."
