"Really good experience getting a shipping quote for a large item (a chair). Most places you talk to a kid, another place today it was someone who I couldn’t understand and they put me on hold forever. This was so much better and I even had to say no so they didn’t make money. But thank you!!"

"I didn't have a terrible experience until recently. I am a new eBay seller and this center's incompetence is causing me to lose profits and a collectable item, as I am not running a fly-by-night operation like this owner, who was the one to take my two items. Definitely avoid this place at all costs unless dealing with the owner's hourly staff, as they are the only on-point part of this business."
