"We were scheduled for a 4 man crew but they only sent 3 because someone's car wouldn't start. They said because of this they would stay as long as it took to get the job done without charging extra. They ended up quitting at 7 pm without warning, leaving us without essential items like our appliances and clothing. Then they said that they could schedule next day to finish but we'd have to pay all of their fees again. So in desperation we agreed only to have them tell us AFTER WE PAID THEM that they had no availability the next day, leaving us scrambling to find another moving company. The moving crew was good but whoever is running operations has some really bad business practices and horrible customer service. Would not recommend."

They moved things where we asked and then moved them again without a complaint when we changed our minds. They offered to move a heavy desk to the garage even though we hadn't included that on our list. Not one thing got scratched or broken and there was not one mark on the walls.
