"This is the worst moving company I have ever worker for. Maybe they provide excellent service but they certainly don't pay their workers. They owe me money for weeks after working for them. They do not respond to calls anymore after the service. They sometimes claim the client did not pay them. Until now they do not pay me and several people that worked for them the full amount that they owe them after rendering services. As movers be aware and do not work for this scammers."

"Tyler quoted me a price of $250 to move my safe, and them saying they could move my safe is the reason I chose this company. Tyler came to my home and looked at the safe, and told me she would have the dolly need to move a safe. Well that never happened ! So Larry called me the next day saying it would be $350 and would pick up my safe the next morning so it could get it on the truck with the rest of my items. Well that never happened either. To I sent several text and emails wanting some response. So finally I left a very not so polite message. Well, that did not sit well with Larry. He called me the next day and said that he did not like the message that I sent. I asked Larry why did it have to come to that for me to have to send that not so polite message for him to call. This is Friday today is Saturday. Larry told me that they had a delivery down in the area that I moved to and they would pick up the safe and drop it off. I still have not heard back from Larry. This is the most unprofessional scamming company out there. I would not recommend them to anybody."

"10/04/23- Steven and Evyson run an incredibly professional and efficient method. What would have taken myself, my fiance, and at least two friends at least a few days, these two covered in an afternoon. The professionalism and physical strength required to carry basically an entire house, piece by piece, down three flights of stairs, no elevator, then unload it all... blows my mind. Not to mention, their cost estimate was pretty much exactly what I ran on my calculator. These people are GOOD at what they do, and probably will be good at anything they try in their futures. 5 stars for sure."

"Andre and King were our movers today and they were really great. The entire service from the first phone call to the very end was great. Everyone was very friendly and accommodating. Andre and Kinge were very fast and efficient and I highly recommend using their services!"

"My wife and I hired Tru Solutions to move into our next home. On the day of the move, the truck arrived about 1.5 hours late ( can't fault them though, they miss placed the keys). They then moved all of our stuff. They got lost for what seems 30 minutes on the drive to the house(these guys charge by the minute). Once we got to the new house some items went downstairs into the basement, some upstairs. They nailed our stairs at two spots, scratched our dining room table, and severely scratch a dresser. We noticed the damage on the stairs, they apologized and said they have a damages department that will handle it from here on out. It has now been 1 month since the move, and we have tried contacting the damages department multiple times with no one answering the email or phone calls. Hoping that this review gets them to contact us to resolve the issues that happened. What made it worse, was we didn't even notice the damage to the dresser or table until after they left. They didn't tell us they damaged the items probably because they are scared of getting into trouble but this doesn't reflect the professionalism that we should expect from people. Tell us the truth when something is damaged. Update: going on 7 weeks from moving. We have called 10+ times, and emailed. Still not any closer to a solution. So unprofessional!"
