"They are not careful when it comes to leaving packages in the correct mail box! I called and they told me they’ll reach out to the carrier to investigate what happened, never got back to me. I had to go into the post office for them to tell me the same thing. Luckily I had a neighbor give me my package that was left in their mail box. It should not be that hard to deliver mail in the correct mailbox when the address is on there."

"If I could give less stars I would. Incredibly awful experience. The mail clerk was very rude to me and rushed me to finish so she could help another customer. I had to ship 2 items that had prepaid shipping. I know about the bin. I use the bin usually however I was out of tape this time and needed to buy tape (I usually buy tape from another post office) to tape my boxes and the prepaid labels on them. The clerk told me I couldn't use one of my boxes I brought to ship that I would need to buy another one and then when I told her I always use these kinds of boxes she had to ask several people for confirmation making me look stupid. Turns out all of them said I could use it. So... Anyway after that she helped me tape my boxes which I ALWAYS do myself because I'm very particular with how I tape them. I tape all side and corners for no water damage but I can only tape the top of my 2 boxes with her tape gun while I'm being rushed to move out of the way for the other customer she wants to provide service for. Needless to say the tape job on the boxes is horrible and I will be livid if something happens to them. This right here is exactly why I skip the human interaction at the post office and just use their prepaid bin so I can walk in and walk out. Horrible service and I felt bad the whole time because of my anxiety. All of this just because I ran out of tape. Never again."

"The staff at the counter are very helpful. Lynette, Sheryl, Enrique and Rosemary are all fantastic and so patient. I also have dealt with Ellie and Nicole, also terrific. 5 Stars for them. But I must comment that our actual mail delivery is a nightmare. Jorge is a real piece of work,lazy as a sloth. He doesn't want to get out of his vehicle EVER! AND LEAVES A NOTE in my box to pick up packages at the post office if they don't fit in my box. I've taken his notes in to show staff, but he's apparently Union so he can be a jerk. So I know the other staff because his lazy and careless delivery cause me to go get my mail so often."

"The delivery people here should be replaced by blind chimpanzees. Over the last 11 years they have consistently delivered my items to other neighbors. I know numbers are hard, but come on. Or they like to leave packages on top of the community mailboxes. You are left with no recourse. They always give the same excuse, seasonal workers. No matter the season. If you live in the North end of Weber County, choose FEDEX or UPS. Update. After having yet another lost package claim denied because their carrier said it was delivered, they sent me a claim denial letter...... They delivered the claim denial to my neighbor. Unbelievable."

"Plenty of parking. Automatic doors that open for you are handy when you are carrying a handful of packages. A self service area if you want to do it yourself. P.O. Boxes available. Friendly and speedy staff take care of business. Clean, roomy, but sometimes crowded. Packing materials, cards and other items for sale."
