"This is the worst courier service. There’s no way to reach customer service! They provided phone numbers but no one answers and they don’t reply texts either. Sending a parcel through this company has been a nightmare. Save yourself the stress and use USPS or any other reputable delivery service. OnTrac clearly has no plans to improve their services!"

"I have to give 5 stars to the employees at the facility warehouse off 5600 west. I needed to pick up tires for a client that the shipment was denied. and they quickly called the driver and had them drop them off within 20 minutes. Client super happy and figured all the 1 star reviews must be on in regards to driver mistakes. Anyways, the general manager was there along with another young lady and both were very helpful."

"These guys do not care about their packages nor the neighborhoods they’re delivering to. Only use them if you’re willing to risk the lives of the children in your community. About 20 minutes ago, this driver blew past two stop signs in our neighborhood going 30+ mph and almost hit both me and another car in the process. At first I was concerned there was an emergency so I followed to make sure he was alright only to watch him go to a screeching halt beside my neighbors house, get out, and throw her package onto her porch from 10 feet away. He then saw me take a picture of his license plate and flipped my off and called me a slur before getting back in his truck and speeding off again. I tried calling numbers at multiple levels do the company to complain but it’s impossible to get ahold of a human being. If someone in the company reads this do the right thing and fire this driver."

"If zero stars were an option, that's what I'd give OnTrac, which would be generous considering their 1.5-star reputation. They failed to deliver my package, claiming my "closed" residence was the issue—yet, I live in an easily accessible, non-gated house with a Ring Camera that records all visitors. No delivery attempt was made on 11/8, and despite promises to deliver on the next business day, I've received no updates since. Their customer service is just as elusive, offering nothing but a voicemail abyss. I'm left to assume they've lost my package—a disappointment I hope North Face recognizes before any further partnership."

"After seeing the negative reviews on this place I was skeptical how my issue would go down. I figured I would share my experience because it was one of the best experiences I’ve had with a shipping company. I made a mistake with my shipping address and didn’t notice it until after it was supposed to be delivered. Luckily, they didn’t deliver to the address I had mistaken. I went in early on a Saturday (next day from when it was supposed to be delivered.) and the employees were super helpful and nice which I usually don’t experience with shipping companies when I have issues. They were able to locate my packages quickly and even helped load them into my car."
