"We had service with them for years and always paid in advance. We had to cancel recently because of the $5/day fuel surcharge that was just too much for us and have over $800 we prepaid on our account that needs to be refunded. I have called and left about 15 messages, mostly voicemail but once even with a live person, and cannot get anybody to call back about the refund. Seems like they're just trying to keep it."
