"These flowers came hours after an email said they were delivered. Finally delivered and they looked terrible. When we called the company and spoke to the lady who made the bouquet, she told me I didn’t know flowers and they were fine, even though some of the flowers were falling off of the arrangement and stems weren’t even touching water. She was arguing with me for 10 minutes with no resolution. 10/10 customer service! NOT. go somewhere else!"
"I ordered flowers for a viewing and they were not delivered on time. I had to call them to find out where the order was and nobody had looked at the order to fulfill it so the spray was not ready but the order was submitted online six days before the viewing. They eventually found the order and were then able to get it ready but it was delivered 40 minutes after the viewing started and it should have been there well before that. I won’t order from this florist again, when I called about it they asked who I spoke to and when I told them I ordered from their website, they asked what website, such as 1-800-flowers. I explained it was their own website. After all of this, they didn’t even offer a discount for their mistake. This order was over $200 and it was a hassle to have it delivered."
