"Leona ABSOLUTELY made my day! I ordered flowers and balloons online a few days ago from another company. I didn't hear from them until this afternoon, which was after they should have delivered (I paid extra for AM delivery). They told me they didn't have the balloons and couldn't fulfill my order so I began frantically calling flower shops all over the Salt Lake valley. Several shops were not taking more orders today but Leona offered to have the delivery driver go out on a second run later in the afternoon.
