"My boyfriend surprised me from flowers from this location and I was in awe! There were beautiful and vibrant and never seen an arrangement like this. Only thing I didn’t “like” is some of the flowers started wilting on the third day. I get alot of flowers even buying some on my own and like to think I know how to take care of them since I know I can make them last awhile. The flowers were stored in a cool dry place and I did change the water on the third day. I did receive a call and voicemail from someone at the shop and a couple days after this review was posted and they offered to replace them. I forgot about it and never called back. Thought it was nice of them to reach out..still loved the arrangement even though it didn’t last as long as it was suppose to. *Edit* on 1/4/22 in reply to owners response."
