"I came in with an urgent need for funeral flowers. The staff were very helpful, patient, and helped me stick close to budget. There was not time to order anything specific, but the arrangements they put together with what they had on hand were beautiful and just right. I would recommend them and I would come back again."

I decided to give Lund Floral a try because of the great reviews. But I ended up being very disappointed. When the flowers arrived for my wife on our anniversary, they didn't look anything like what I ordered. The bouquet was called Brights-Standard-Similar Keepsake, but there was nothing bright about it. I emailed Lund Floral a few days ago expressing my concern but have yet to hear back. Very disappointed and feel ripped off."

"My roses were delivered for my birthday late afternoon 21st of December 2023. The roses were already open and one was starting to nod. A bunch of random greenery sprayed gold and a twig twice the height of the arrangement, along with lots of evergreen, filled up the arrangement. The heights were mixed up and everything was pretty sad. Half the bouquet was drooping the next day. It was way too close to Christmas to travel 30 minutes each way to hope for a new arrangement. It was advertised as dazzling…I tried rearranging and cutting and throwing out the drooping and always added new water. This is the third time it’s happened, the other two were yellow roses. We won’t be back. Update: Lund Floral came through and offered to replace my bouquet of roses with a beautiful fresh bouquet, and did so cheerfully. I am changing my review from 2 to 5 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ and we will be back. Thank you! (I am including a photo of my new roses.)"
