"I worked with this company because my family recommended them. They filed my taxes last year with okay communication. They "started" to file my taxes this year, and then didn't respond to my emails, calls, and voicemails for 6 months AFTER my taxes were due. When they finally got back to me IN OCTOBER, they didn't acknowledge their lack of communication AT ALL. Luckily, I had already filed my taxes elsewhere. Don't ignore your "smaller" clients, MyCPA. Just say you don't want to work with us anymore."
