"I would not recommend this office or block advisors to anyone. Client beware!! They committed to a task almost a month ago and then went AWAL. I contacted 4 times with no response whatsoever. Then finally today, the day before quarterlies are due...Heather finally returned a message and said she is too busy to complete on time. Her rude solution was to find another person. Poor service and horrible communication. I thought I could expect more from H&R Block. Obviously I was wrong and I’d caution anyone to work with this office."
