"I'm writing this with a heavy heart. I had high hopes when I chose Ence and Gray for my business needs. I was promised monthly in-person meetings, monthly profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and accurate bookkeeping. But after four months, none of these promises were fulfilled. I felt let down, especially when they merged with another company without telling us, leaving me in the dark and unsure about what was going on. The situation hit rock bottom regarding our November payment. We had already paid, yet when we decided to move on due to a lack of accountability, they just stopped their services midway through the month. Now, I'm in the midst of a credit card dispute to get my hard-earned money back. What's really heartbreaking is my personal connection to Corrie, the owner. Growing up, I was practically part of her family, and her daughters were like sisters to me. To be treated with such disregard and unprofessionalism by someone I considered almost a second mother is beyond disappointing. It's hard to believe that if someone as close as me is treated this way, how others might be treated. I'm sharing my experience as a cautionary tale to other business owners. Despite my personal ties and the positive experiences others might have had, my experience has been far from satisfactory. Please think carefully before entrusting your business to them."
