"horrible experience. I got passed around to so many people, that I lost count and track of who was doing what. It had to get extended and things were finalized until October!!!! I had to explain and send in the same thing multiple times to multiple different people. My tax return was a big huge flop and for someone who paid all their taxes and more, to have to pay even more, tells me something went very wrong. To boot, my bill to them was nuts. save your emotional well being and go elsewhere. The added stress from this company is not worth it. I shouldn't have to pay and babysit at the same time to only be extremely disappointed."
