"Devices don’t always work. Then they deactivate without you asking and charge $100. Went back and forth with them for a while about reactivating. Decided to just return the device and they said it was after the 90 day return which no one told me was a time limit and that they are keeping the $100 and would not return the device to me. Terrible service and even worse customer service. Don’t waste your time or money."

"Doesn’t do anything right. As long as you’re paying them everything is fine, but as soon as you miss one payment they cancel your account, forget to turn it back on after you make payments again, and then don’t pay the fines that you get when they don’t turn your transponder back on but you’re making payments and have an active account. I currently have outstanding fines in Ohio because of these twits"
