"Horrible customer service. Driver was unprofessional and lied. Said he attempted delivery and talked to me in person. I talked to him on the phone an hour and a half before scheduled pick up. He never came anywhere close to the building. He told me my item could not be picked up "raw"/unpacked, although that detail was never mentioned when speaking with dispatch the day before. Important info like that would have been very helpful before last minute. I then asked him to call dispatch and ask if an exception could be made, he refused and told me it wasn't possible. After talking with the driver, I received a call from the dispatcher(Troy) who told me they were going to call someone to see if they could make an exception, even though I was told by the driver that it wasn't possible. Was told I would be called back right away and informed if it was in fact possible or not, or what I needed to do to pack it myself. Waited 45 minutes and called back myself. Was then told that somebody else was supposed to call me back, even though the dispatcher(Troy) that I talked to said they would be calling me back. The dispatcher(Troy) then lied to me and said they never told me they would call me back. When I insisted that they did say that, they hung up on me. Eventually I was called by the other person the dispatcher(Troy) mentioned. They seemed more knowledgeable about what was actually going on, although still ultimately gave me the run around. If you value your time, DO NOT work with this company."
