"Sams Club please avoid this carrier- please. At a minimum, consumers don’t sign the form until you take the entire package apart, and take your time. I signed the delivery form despite the package being on its side (I did note this it on the form), I then immediately opened and then noticed 30 seconds later that the product was cracked in multiple locations. The drivers were very polite and accommodating but their dispatcher and other company personnel were rude and used the technicalities of signing to leave the broken shipment behind. Indicating that this was now Sams Clubs problem because they secured a signature. This company does not stand behind their service. That is a guarantee. There are companies you can rely on and those you can’t. This one you can’t."

"Have been waiting on a delivery I ordered on Nov 29. Est delivery date was 12/9 and it was still sitting in Atl when I called. Followed up the following Tue and it was sitting in Tampa on 12/10. as of today 12/20 still no delivery and upon 3rd call find out it is missing and they are investigating. Stay away from this carrier, worst by far I have ever encountered. If I could enter a negative number I would. UPDATE 12/27- STILL WAITING"

"Passed up a good load to book one with these guys. Rolled out only to have them call my dispatch and say we weren’t eligible because we “haven’t been in business for a year”. No bueno."

"Requires signature on delivery, great. Sets up a 4 hour window for delivery, not great but okay. No delivery one and a half hours after latest point of delivery window. Call their customer service and told the item was 30 minutes out. Over an hour later still no delivery. Item finally delivered a day late. The driver who delivered is the only reason I've changed my rating from 1 star to 4 star."

"Best timing to head down there would be around 5.15p.m. from my point of view that's the perfect time. The people are courtes, once the product is in they will start you. Otherwise it's still in transit."
