"If you are looking to work for this company go somewhere else. I promise you will regret working here. Even for new drivers it's not worth it. If you are looking to hire Barney please don't. They do not pay the drivers enough and do not care about the drivers. My main manager and the area manager do not care and will not fight for their drivers. I worked for this company for one month. The first two weeks were great because I was paid hourly and was training. After that it went down hill fast. They pay per load so anytime something holds a driver up it cost the driver money not the company. I cleaned the inside of the trailers and it took me an extra hour drive and hour cleaning and they won't pay me for the two hours because I did not follow their procedures and send in photos. "It was my first cleanout and they only told us once before in orientation three weeks before and I forgot." They also will not pay me for 1.5 hours I had to wait on the mechanic. The driver before me quit because he got stuck in Wyoming for two days and they only paid him for 7 hours. The area manager Cerece said she'll try to get me paid for the cleanout I did because it was my first time. "Never did get paid for it." All & all it wasn't the worst job I've had but definitely the first company that won't pay me for my time."
