"Bob and Jimmy are so knowledgeable, and their inventory is great. They stand behind what they sell, and are so personable. I highly recommend them!"
"Great people, great service, great mechanics, and awesome transmission builders! I've got over 3000 hard miles, some of it pulling a camper, not one hiccup, not one problem. They even caught a major problem I was unawate of and fixed it, preventing me from being stranded or worse, destroying my transmission and possibly my engine. A really good experience, after many bad experiences at other shops. These guys will do what they say they will."
"They rebuilt my trans last spring. Just had the 2k checkup done and it past with flying colors. Jimmy went out of his way to provide great customer service and repairs."
"Great experience and I think Allyson Staggs (answers the phone) is absolutely knowledgeable, quick, friendly and professional. The transmission job went off without a hitch and customer our very happy! We are located in Idaho and have a repair shop. Will definitely use them again."
"These guys replaced the differential bearings in my truck, after 8,000 miles, the side adjuster lock bolt backed out, caught the ring gear and punched a hole in my differential cover making a huge mess and downing my truck. This could only have happened if they forgot to tighten the bolt. Mistakes happen, as a fleet maintenance manager, I completely understand that, but all of the shops I take my fleet to stand behind their work. I gave them two chances to make it right: The first guy I talked to tried to deflect the problem during the whole conversation saying that it was probably a sheared bolt from the ring gear because that's a common failure and then it wouldn't be their problem. If it's a known common failure, why wouldn't they have suggested I fix it while they had it?? The second guy was a little more helpful and seemed more concerned about the problem, said he would try to find me a new cover and talk to their differential guy about the possibility of the side adjuster backing off and call me back, I never heard from him and didn't have time to play phone tag. When I do this for work, shops will send a tow truck to pick up the vehicle, fix it correctly and bring the truck back, these guys wouldn't do that, they don't stand behind their work when they make a mistake. I will not be bringing my personal vehicles back there and they've lost the business of the fleet that I manage."
