"Update: Still not particularly happy with this service. I gave all the information needed to have my tax return direct deposited, they even admitted that I provided that info! when my Fiancé received hers, days went by without seeing mine so I decided to investigate only to find out that my refund was mailed even though I filed for direct deposit “clearly stated”, not only mailed but mailed to a previous address that was on my ID even though We filed at the same time by the same person and gave the address we live at, don’t know how this happens and then when we called to find out “why“ they told us “we don’t know and it’s out of our hands” how can you be a tax accounting firm and not be connected to the IRS? or be able to get ahold of someone? I paid to have my taxes done they took the responsibility into their hands to do my taxes. Now I’m on a wild goose chase trying to find out how I can get my refund because there is a check floating around somewhere money that I depend on and haven’t heard from AA no offer for my money back? How about working as hard as I am to figure out what to do. Instead I’m out trying to figure this out on my own. If I manage to resolve this on my own I will not be recommending them to any friends or family or businesses that I’m connected with."
