"I love the vibe not only the store has inside and out but also by how many staff they have working during busy hours so there is never any wait when i have been in a hurry. The store is clean and very organized and the products on display are easy to see and the staff are well trained on the products offered as well as honest when it comes to the quality and brand even when that sometimes means they suggest a less expensive with similar features which is huge and hard to find these days when it seems other places are all about the up sale. t is hard to know which smoke shop to choose these days when there is one on every corner and as i have been to many different places i still go back to House of Vapes because they have the best prices, the best up to date products, and anytime i have had a question especially ones regarding those higher priced items such as PAX and the difference in models Alex has been more than informative on each of the three models available at HOV and even informed me on the different warranties offered and much more insight by even taking them out of the boxes to teach me how each one works and the difference.
