"Had Charles take on several tile jobs around our house. He tiled a shower pan, none of it was level and the tiles were laid poorly. Water pools in the bottom of our shower and the cuts are all off. He laid tile on the bathroom floor without putting down a proper liner. Most of the tiles have cracked and grout is popping out everywhere. He laid tile in our basement and laid all the herringbone tiles in the wrong pattern. When asked to make things right he didn't even come close to covering the cost of material alone, let alone the cash we paid him for labor. We've had a terrible time repairing all of the damages. All in all thousands of dollars worth of tile were wasted, I had to handle demolition and reinstallation myself. He took on projects that were out of his skill level, destroyed a lot of expensive tile in the process, and wouldn't work with me to fix the problem or even replace the damaged tiles."
