"Whenever I call in to speak with the ticket office about anything, reps always sound less than enthused to be talking to patrons. I understand that they might be busy, but it's a customer service position, and at least attempting to sound pleasant and trying to be helpful would be a great quality in people who are on the phones. I cringe when I need to call in for anything because I know it's not going to be an easy or pleasant phone conversation."
