"They are noticeably working to improve on pretty much everything. From rentals to sales. With the projects and improvements the work ethic is just getting stronger as we work toward a better and brighter future. Edit: the showroom has been remodeled and the rental office has moved and looked BEAUTIFUL. Wilton is top notch helpful, they are improving on every aspect of the company amd I love stopping by for all my theatrical needs (especially gloves)."
"My experience with Oasis was extremely poor. I had them evaluate my space to replace my lights. I was told I would get a quote. Two months later, I had to call and beg for the quote. I ordered a curtain for my Stage. When it came, it was the wrong thing, but I was told I was out of luck because it’s custom made and can’t be returned. I was told I was in the wrong because the quote stated what the curtain was. However, I first asked for an unpleated “flat” curtain but was quoted for a pleated one. When I spoke with a manager, I have felt like my complaint wasn't important and I feel mistreated by a company. However, they did work with me to remedy the issue after some complaint. I'm currently ordering new stage lighting from them and it's been a much more pleasant experience. However, communication and time management are lacking."
