"Billing is a joke. Will not be returning. Let me start by saying that the health care was good. Never stressed when I had family receiving care here. However, the stress came once I got home. My wife had more than one insurance, the primary being in network with St. Luke’s. However, because my secondary insurance for my wife (that I have through my place of work) does not have a direct network agreement, they refused to send our bills to the secondary insurance and instead insisted I play middle man, meaning they send the bills to her primary, then to me to send to my own insurance (?!?!?) then saint Luke’s would send it to her third insurance???? Anyhow, What I learned through her primary (Selecthealth for anyone curious) insurance was that because my insurance, as secondary, “follows suit of primary” meaning I do not have to be the middleman. I had Selecthealth explain this to them and they stopped bothering me about it, but they continued to NOT SEND IT TO THE SECONDARY INSURANCE. Anyhow, they went silent with bills or letters for a good couple/few month and then over the last two days, SENT 8 BILLS. I’m so done with this place as soon as I’m free from their debt. This is insane. Be better."
"St. Luke’s twin falls is very unorganized when it comes to any debt, financial services and financial records. They loose payments and continue to ask for more money. Greedy hospital too say the least. In my experience and my opinion they care more about the money than the health of the patient. I wish they did better since they are the local hospital for Twin Falls. Going too Boise or Pocatello. Very disappointing."
"0 stars this place is a joke. No one deserves their medical degrees. They only care about themselves and their own lives. I was left 24 hours straight with a constant fever of 107°f and not a single nurse or doctor checked on me. I was literally dying. My girlfriend was left unattended In an excruciating amount of pain for 8hrs while they stood around and did nothing. They helped people whole rated their pain at a level of 1 or lower before even talking to her, who immediately stated her pain to be 10 minimum with way more pain then the scale counts for. Place should be shut down. Complete joke."
"I went into the ER this morning around 10am. From the front desk staff into the emergency room staff, I had nothing but great experience. The ladies at the front desk were so friendly and caring. When I went into the emergency room, they were on top of everything! From the doctor, nurses and the charge nurse. Thank you so much for the care you all gave me. I really appreciate it from the bottom of my heart! I highly recommend this hospital to family and friends."
"Speaking from actual an medical care worker and prior Corpsman, I've seen better attention in a third world field hospital. I will also add that make sure you have any other upcoming appointments you may have scheduled for you right then before you leave because if not.... Good luck ever getting a hold of anyone like ever to get you scheduled at any time of the day. I've been trying to schedule a simple diagnostic imaging for over two weeks now and I can't get through. So very very annoying it's not hard people come on. I also tried the my chart but can't get it to work and log me in... It's been really fun."
