"Apparently the company doesn’t communicate well with this particular driver. He was 45 minutes late to pick up the Bride and Groom and her parents on their way to their nuptials. Then, instead of taking them to the location of the ceremony, he took them up the canyon to the restaurant where the wedding party was to go AFTER the ceremony. Needless to say, everything was delayed 2 hours and the whole event could have been completely ruined. Luckily, we are all family and pretty low key with very positive attitudes, so we made it work. I would never recommend this company for limo service. Very unprofessional and disappointing. Also, the stretch limo was very uncomfortable, cramped, too hot, AND if you suffer from motion sickness at all.......don’t even think about this kind of ride!"

"Had a FANTASTIC experience from start to finish. I was looking at several limousine services and came up Utah Royalty. I called them up and talked to Phil. He answered all my questions and and was clear on everything that was offered during the service. We rented their limo for my mom's birthday and retirement celebration. They drove us up to salt lake for dinner and also drove us around salt lake after dinner to see lights and sights. The red carpet and "Happy Birthday" written on the limo was great and made the experience special. The service was on time and prompt, the drive was nice and courteous - he even took pictures for us. It was an all around fantastic experience! I definitely recommend them!!"

"Best day of our kids lives. We rented the Hummer Limo for the last day of school and they were able to bring along a bunch of their friends. The limo was super clean and very impressive. We had a lot of kids in the limo so we couldn't take advantage of all of the amenities but the radio with it's auxiliary phone attachment made for a great DJ experience. The driver was excellent. He called in advance to make sure that he had the right drink orders and if we needed anything else. The message on the window was exactly what we asked for. He was a superb driver, making sure that we got to every stop we requested and made sure that we were having a great time. He took us up around the Capitol building and let the kids take a picture at a look out spot (That is where the picture was taken). He showed up on time and was very friendly. Phil in the office made making the reservation a snap. He sent me pictures of their limos to help me make the decision and was great to work with. The whole company made sure that we new they appreciated our business. Their prices were excellent and you really get more than you pay for with this group. I will use them again in the future and would recommend them to anyone."

They even included matching balloons and napkins in the limo to match my daughter dress!
