"Had a MRI read by one of the radiologist with this group. Was sent a wrong bill because they had my insurance information wrong. I called to give them my insurance information again. They received my correct insurance information. They then never submitted a claim and then sent my bill to collections. This is organized extortion on this companies part. I see there is a ton of comments here regarding this. I recommend people to submit claims to the Better Business Bureau so that they can look into the fraudulent activities this company performs"

"Wife's imaging review was billed to an old insurance carrier and so it was obviously rejected. This despite her providing her current information, which they made copies of for their files. Now we are getting a bill because it was rejected by the old carrier and we have to waste our time making it right because of their mistake!!!"

"Not sure how this place is still in business. They are criminals. First, they sent my bill directly to collections. Then they double charged me for services. My insurance said they already paid them for this service and I was charged twice. They refuse to acknowledge their error and say I’m responsible for this duplicate charge. Luckily my insurance is great and is fighting for me on this. But what they are doing is definitely illegal. And customer service was very rude and unhelpful."

"I would give this company negative stars if it were possible! Their billing practices are a SCAM. Just like all the other reviewers, I have immaculate credit. Rather than sending me a bill for the portion I owe (less than $30), they automatically sent me to a collections agency. This happens every single time I deal with them!!! It appears that screwing over their customers is an accepted part of their billing practice. I know this and I usually go out of my way to avoid using their services. Unfortunately, since they work with a lot of hospitals and providers, it's not always possible."

"STAY AWAY!! HORRIBLE PEOPLE AND HORRIBLE SERVICE. I never received a bill from them but I received 7 collections letters in one day. I did more research and within a month of "nonpayment" they sent me to collections. I am livid at the damage this has done to my credit and the fact that they didn't even attempt to contact me to make a payment. Also when you call to get more details, be on the look out that they don't know the difference between date of service (at the hospital) and statement date. They treat you like a criminal for having a bill in collections (that is wrongfully there) and have no patience when you try to ask questions to understand what it is that their billing department is doing. So even though insurance hasn't processed the claim (states so on the invoice), they expect you to pay."
