"The young lady at the scale house was very nice and explained the steps good. Bruce had me loaded in under 30 minutes. Wasn't even on the proper 45 minutes. Awesome place. The only reason I didn't give a 5? No place is perfect, this place is damn close"

"Waiting in the dock for someone to unload my trailer full of trash. (Plastic bales) there needs to be a working phone number posted clearly at the docks so a driver can get a manager's attention."

"Terrible service. I have requested new trash cans for two years in a row. When I first purchased my home the bins were already broken, I contacted WM to please exchange them, and I set them out for three weeks for pickup each week ...nothing. I contacted the company multiple times and all they would say is that they were backed up, but didnt offer a date to replace my cans. I gave up and now my bins are broken and with no lids but they dont care as long as I continue to pay the bill each month."

"WM is an absolute nightmare to work with. Their drivers and ground crew are phenomenal, but if anything goes slightly askew and your dealing with people in their call centers, sales people, etc.. get ready to get passed around by friendly people that are absolutely useless. I would recommend WM to people that I hope to get their time wasted"
