"Terrible service. Five people in line for the self checkout with no one in line at the register and the attendant asks cash or credit and sends everyone to self checkout while she talks on the phone with a friend. Then when someone in front of me struggles with the self checkout she complains about having to help people who don't pay attention and says she hates her job."

"The store was very nice offering a lot between magnets, clothing, food, drink, entertainment, etc. The staff was nice for asking if I needed any help (which not a lot of people in this airport do). Overall a nice little shop, but not my first choice in SLC."

"Went there before a flight to get something to drink. It was close to my gate, but the cashier Casey was absolutely amazing. In the short interaction we had, she was friendly and personable. I appreciated her and she helped me smile at the start of my long day."

"Just bought a $9 chicken salad on a croissant that was mostly bread and lettuce. This store does not provide napkins. Can you imagine selling food you eat with your hands at an airport and not having napkins? Shall I use my pant leg? Take them from another business that has the wherewithal to provide them?"
