Five people in line for the self checkout with no one in line at the register and the attendant asks cash or credit and sends everyone to self checkout while she talks on the phone with a friend. Then when someone in front of me struggles with the self checkout she complains about having to help people who don't pay attention and says she hates her job."

Can you imagine selling food you eat with your hands at an airport and not having napkins? Shall I use my pant leg? Take them from another business that has the wherewithal to provide them?"
