"Today I went to Swig in West Jordan and had a really good experience; I felt it was worth sharing. There was about 10 cars deep and the swig team members handled the line and busyness so well. I had a semi complicated order and the team member got it right. I was about the 11th car and from the time to the team member taking my order, paying for my drink and getting them, I was only there for about 5 minutes. I appreciated being greeted with kindness not only at the part where my order was taken but at the window with the team member giving my drinks. "This location usually does a good job. But tonight I got a sparkling water with light ice and apparently when you ask for light ice they don't actually give you more liquid, they really just give less ice."

"I love their refreshers and my pup sure loves the pup cups! Don’t let the line scare you away, they are super quick! My one critique is I don’t like how all of their cookies are frozen. I’m a sucker for a soft warm cookie. But I throw it in the microwave when I get home and it makes up for it!"
