"I’ve been coming to PC for years and somehow haven’t found this spot! The elk, smoked trout dip, and mescal cocktail absolute crushed. Will be back, place is a solid choice for large groups or more intimate settings. Excellent wine list."

"Firewood focuses you on a 3 course meal. The first two being small. We chose the Wagyu appetizer and the Hamachi little gem salad. We were hungry so forgive the pics we had started. The Wagyu came with 3 skewers all the same size. And the Hamachi with 3 pieces. They were both good. But we have had better hamachi. For mains we had the Elk and Lamb. We ordered both rare. The lamb was a bit too salty for our taste. The Elk was excellent. It melted as you ate it. We have not had elk before so nothing to compare but it was excellent from a red meet perfective. Service was excellent."

"Booked a reservation for 10 people (20% gratuity for parties over 8 people). Waited over an hour for our food, and the waiter did not come check on us. No bread or water was offered during this time. Food was average tasting. And very pricey. Would not eat here again…"

"Well, pretty darn good but a couple of disappointments. Clara was an exceptional server. Super nice and caring and wanting us to have a great time. First, 4 stars because there aren't any real options for kids or picky eaters. I'm not talking about anything crazy... How about just plain pasta or Mac n Cheese? One of the options was grilled cod and fries. I've never heard of cod as a kids menu item except in fish and chips. This grilled piece was undercooked and gamy rather than flaky and light. The rest of the meal was pretty good. Pork shank was a huge portion and nicely flavored. Beet salad was a miss. Cold beets just don't compare to warm ones and the raw fennel was weird. Lamb was excellent. Bavette steak was good but not great. We've had better in Park City. We really wanted to love it here but with just a little attention it could easily be five stars."

"From beginning to end, we had a fantastic dining experience. The food was perfectly prepared, unique, and delicious. The service was attentive without being intrusive and all of the staff was friendly. We had the oxtail pappardelle, crab cake, tomato and rye, beets and brie, bavette, and lamb tenderloin. Nothing disappointed. I’m not sure how, but we also shared the olive oil cake and semifreddo. The cake was one of the best cakes I have ever eaten, hands down."
