Nutranize

"This is an amazing supplement for replenishing the nutrients that you lose when you take prednisone! Thank you so much to Dr Megan for doing the research and making this supplement available! My one criticism is I think the RDAs for vitamins and minerals in general are set way too low. But obviously that has nothing to do with you or your company because you guys aren't the ones that make those rules the government does. So for most of the nutrients listed they are just meant to keep one out of severe deficiency, not necessarily to be the optimal amount that the human body needs. Especially with regards to prednisone or other medications that are actively depleting our body's nutrient stores, that means we would need even more than the basic RDA, perhaps even quite a bit more in order to replenish the nutrients that are being stripped from our bodies by the drug! So I think the framework of the supplement, like the actual types of nutrients you chose to include and how they complement each other is perfect, the way that they're divided into AM and PM, and the ratios are fantastic. I just think the nutrients themselves need to be pumped up enough to be optimal for my own personal situation. So I ordered some additional supplements to compliment the Nutranize and enhance the results. For example I'm increasing my B vitamins and especially the vitamin D and K for building bones because I'm really concerned about my risk of osteoporosis now based on everything I've learned from watching your channel and I want to be as proactive as possible to prevent that since I'm only 43. Thank you so much Dr Megan for this wonderful supplement! I started taking it about 1 month ago and I can definitely feel improvements in my overall side effects from Prednisone. And I just feel better in general which I'm extremely grateful for!"

"I started prednisone 15 mg about 1 month ago. For poly myalgia arthriticus. 2 weeks into taking prednisone I started with nutrazine in hopes not to take fosamax. I Recently cut down to 12 mg. I haven't noticed any side effects from prednisone yet. I have a bone density and blood test tomorrow. My mother has alzheimer's and wakes me up often durng the night. No consideration that whoever takes Prednisone is an ill person and needs help. I do not care what your excuses. You should have offered to reship totally free with a refund. Because you did not keep your promise to help a suffering Patient. You really do not care about people. You only care about money."
