"I purchased a fireplace five years ago from this company. It’s been awesome. Recently we had to turn off our gas to our house and our fireplace. Even though it’s been five years, I received excellent customer service. They went above and beyond to find the instructions to walk me through how to turn on the pilot light for our fireplace. I can’t say enough about how, wonderful this company is. They did this out of the goodness of their hearts, and didn’t charge me anything. Highly recommend."

"People were generally very nice, not knowledgeable in the showroom however, they aren’t allowed to know prices. There’s no prices listed in their showroom nor do they list any prices for the choices when the “salesman” comes out to your house. They give a detailed quote via email which is nice, but sticker shocking. However, you have to leave a 60% deposit for them to order. If you use a credit card or debit card..,. There is an additional $200-250 fee to use a card like what the???? So I marched myself right into their showroom to bring a check so I wouldn’t have the “credit card fee” . I had a check in my hand to pay in full, but it surprised them when I saw a desk full of $150 coupon off of any fireplace. Lucky me, I asked can I use this? I think so the girl says, let me call your salesman. Long story short, a new fireplace log insert was $2400… I got the price down from $2800. Super crazy expensive, we have it installed but the remote box and all the black and red wires including a box are just chillin on the side of it. Lol They didn’t think I’d care, after all I do live in West Valley. Their $2400 install included cleaning a little of the existing wall inside the fireplace as well as the wire netting, didn’t happen. people in this world no longer take pride in their work/craftsmsnship….. “it’s because of COVID” hahahaha I just feel so ripped off. Don’t use this company unless average is ok with you. I want a major discount on this, I feel like I bought this insert from a yard sale"
