"This spa is truly beautiful and a great experience. The front desk had a lovely woman named Joie working who was very kind to my family and made sure we were comfortable and set up for our day. The massage therapists Kyla, Kiera, and Amanda were also fantastic, friendly, and most importantly great at their job! The amenities offered with each treatment are also lovely including the eucalyptus steam room and the dry sauna. There were complimentary refreshments and a lovely relaxation lounge included as well. I have been to many spas in the area and I highly recommend this spa if looking for a treatment in Park City!"

"RockResorts Spa at the Grand Summit hotel in Park City is exceptional. I have been to several resort spas/ massage clinics in the area and the therapists here are genuinely friendly and highly skilled. The entire staff is professional, informed, tentative and truly wants you to have the best experience. The spa is super clean every time and always smells so good! I always feel at home here and will definitely be back. I recommend this spa to anyone that is looking to feel welcomed and pampered! Can’t wait to go back!"

"Sounds like there’s some great massage therapists here who take their career seriously, it’s sad the manager of the spa hurts how they’re viewed and is a joke. Manager or who I assume is the manager was older woman at front desk, treated our group very poorly by first joking that we were “gay”. Then she proceeded to act almost inconvenienced with my group and continually invalidated us with other names. I’m not exactly sure why. She was quick to shush us when a member of my group asked a question in the spa, came into men’s locker room while we were getting in our robes and flat out did not care about our customer experience. Just bad all around service. She seemed bothered the entire time we were there. Which is odd because they offer the service in which we paid for. If you want to act like this is a premier facility with world class luxury than you must treat your customers with world class service. This isn’t even close to world class at any mark within our experience. The entire rest of the staff seemed fine with the exception of her. Facilities were decent and the actual massage therapists seemed legitimate where a member of my group loved his massage so I’ll give 2 stars for that."
