"I’ve seen a few reviews On YouTube and google so decided to give it a try. We happened to arrive right as they were opening and were the first people to there. They sat us down immediately the waiter was attentive providing us water and explaining the menu. Service was efficient, salads were refreshing and loved the snap peas and carrots. Dinner rolls were amazing! I ordered coffee but it was cold the waiter immediately brought me another one, but it showed up like warm. Hot drinks should be hot so I just let it go after that. The food was delicious. We eat steak weekly so honestly I couldn’t say it’s the best steak I’ve ever tasted but it was a good steak. Next time I’ll get rare instead of medium rare because it was a little too dry for me. Don’t get me wrong the steak was good but for my liking rare would be better. There was a lady who to pick up plates. I could feel her watching me and I wasn’t done with my salad and she wanted to take my plate and I said not yet nicely, then I saw her watching me and on my last bite rushed to to take the plates. I personally don’t like that but she was nice just didn’t like being watched and rushed. Other than that it was a great meal, great service and 10 minutes after arriving the restaurant filled up quickly showing it was a popular place especially for families. I would consider come back."
"It’s hard to pick where to begin. We had reservations for Friday night and had high hopes based off reviews and their menu. Unfortunately due to bland, overcooked food and terrible service I could never recommend this place to anyone. They tout that their head chef has been there since 1981 and sous chef since 1997 but I have to question who is actually running the kitchen after our experience. The experience: We were seated for our 7:30 reservation a little early (7:22)and waited about 15 minutes for the server to come up to us and take a drink order. He was clearly overwhelmed though there were many open tables in the restaurant. Our martinis and wine arrived by the server juggling them in his hands between his fingers. My martini was good, however my husband’s dry martini came out dirty yet still with a twist. I ordered the French onion soup to start and my husband and friend ordered Caesar salads. The French Onion was great, the only positive of the visit. The Caesar salads were standard. For dinner I order the NY Strip steak, husband ordered the Filet served oscar style and friend ordered the bison steak. We all ordered them cooked medium. My husband’s filet came out without the Oscar presentation(see picture). Our server told us it was coming out on the side(not how he ordered it). The asparagus was steamed with no seasoning, the crab meat was dry and the hollandaise was thick and likely sat under a heat lamp for too long. My friend’s bison steak was over cooked and dry. My steak was cooked medium well and was extremely bland and tough. They do not season their steaks at all. After a couple bites I realized it was inedible. I asked for a manager to come over. The manager thought my steak looked medium(it was anything but a warm pink center). He did acknowledge that the bison steak was overcooked and that the filet oscar should have been served together, not separately. He took away my steak. I did not want anything else at that point as I was pretty appalled by the experience. He did comp my steak and my husband’s oscar add on. This place fell flat on its face. Recent reviews say that it is under new ownership which might be a factor. Take your hard earned money elsewhere for a good steak and better service if you’re in Park City."
"Everything about this steak house was great! The best steak I've had in a while - made to order, flavorful so no sauce was needed. It comes with a salad and a side and both were also delicious and the portions were large. Free delicious rolls are served while you're waiting for your meal. The atmosphere was neat and cozy, and our waitress was absolutely fantastic!"
"That was the best restaurant I've have dined in, in a while. I liked absolutely everything about this restaurant. I had the black sesame and ginger glazed halibut: it was OMG good, fresh, very tender and yummy. Service-wise they run a very tight ship, yet friendly and attentive. Ambience is rustic and warm, very pleasant."
"Everything we ordered was amazing!!! We had the ribeye and tenderloin with a half order of jumbo prawns. The cocktail drinks we ordered were refreshing as well. The service was excellent, Jesse took very good care of us. We are so grateful to have celebrated our first dinner as a married couple here!"
