"I was blown away by the experience that I had at Sally's. I had no idea what I was doing and then I found Tara!!! Tara is now one of my favorite people!! She answered all of my questions, helped me to get the product that I need for cheap. It was as if I was the only person in the store. I have never had better customer service and Tara deserves to be coined the best store manager of all time. When I had an order that I was just going to pick up my order, Tara took a minute and wrote a note fore me. LOVE THIS STORE AND TARA IS THE BEST!!"

"ONLINE prices are significantly lower than the store, no they won't price match either. Idk why. So I went in with cash for what I needed and it ended up being more than I had planned for. They have also recently gotten rid of the Sally Beauty Club, so the price is the same for everyone now. Like any Sally's I thought the girl was nice and introduced me to Ions versions of Olaplex so that'll be cool to try. But I would not depend on the information given to you by a Sally's Worker ever... they're about as helpful as a box of rocks. Great store to get what I need, because I already know what I'm doing."
