"I was told that I could only get free shipping on equipment if I went through the store. Spent 30 minutes just waiting to be attended to and 15 more for the manager to try and figure out how to do it. Finally, I walked out the store and just ordered on the phone (still an hour phone call). After being charged nearly $600 on my credit card and waiting 10 days. I found out they did the order wrong and my equipment was never on it's way. When I called the manager (Angela) out on it, she denied the whole thing and said she would have never done that and tried to blame it on somebody else. Terrible customer service!! If you ever have to order equipment, just do it online. That experience has been great."
