"We came in to the store and the lady that greeted us, asked us if we needed anything so I asked for her opinion, and she copped an attitude and she said “what do you mean the brand” so than we asked the other employee the same thing and she copped attitude as well! But than they went and helped the other customers inside the store,, EVERYONE but us! I think it was very unprofessional and treating us as if we didn’t deserve to be in the store and I feel as I will never return to that store again! And the employees should be retrained on customer service."

"I'm gonna give this place 5 stars because this place saved my time and money. Couple months ago I went hair salon and spent 300$ just for color and 60$ trip it was a bad experience. And I told myself gotta find other way, I googled things and found out so many people some prob as me and they said go to Sally's near you and talk to them and I did, the girl who works at Sally has so much experience and super helpful and nice, give me some advice, I did my hair and my mom's hair and it turned out the best. And now I'm doing my hair it cost me like 20 something dollar or cheaper. Thank you, Sally beauty! ⭐"

"This store is a must for all beauty products and accessories. Their employees have some of the greatest opinions on hair care products. One of the employees seriously saved me when my wife needed a certain hair treatment. But they were out of that. So they gave me a great alternative to it and one that was cheaper but all the more effective. I highly recommend this store to anyone for there haircare and also any other products they might need at all. Keep up the great job. I will definitely be coming back here more often."
