"So I have had a couple appointments with laser away and my last time coming in was great! I saw Lauren and she helped me with some Botox injections I was getting. She really keeps in mind what the patients / clients needs and It was a really good experience over all."

"I had a very aggressive sales rep tell me “let’s just fill out an application and see what you qualify for” that ended up being a loan to do a service I was still considering and telling them I didn’t need a loan. They actually ran the charge before I even got off the phone with them. I went for one treatment and it was so painful I almost passed out. The sales rep told me “it’s not that bad”. I have asked for both a refund or option to do other treatments and have gotten NO reply. I’ve launched two inquiries and both times they have told me a sales rep will contact me and I have yet to hear from anyone!!! No one has called me back or followed up with me after saying they would. If this happens to you, just be persistent but I would suggest considering any other service than LaserAway. You can’t run away from this place fast enough. What a bad business practice to charge someone for a service before they even have anything done, and not follow up with clients Plus you can’t get a hold of a live body! I’m stuck paying the bill and I am VERY DISSATISFIED."

"The Murray location is awesome. The staff is friendly and the place is new and clean. They aren’t pushy with sales yet always make sure you’re aware of sales and package pricing. I do notice a difference in the hair removal depending on who I see. I’ve been to a few different locations and the Murray location has offered the best results. I can’t recall if her name is Shannon? Shanice? I apologize! But I adore her and will only see her now! Laser away as a company is overpriced but the customer service at least is quality experience."
