"Bad customer service! I bought a breaker from them. On the receipt it says no return on cash sales. Turns out I didn't need the breaker so I called to ask if they allow returns (mine was a credit card sale). They said typically not on breakers but if it is in original condition and I have the receipt they would take it back. I was nearby when I called so was there within 5 minutes of calling them. The guy at the desk said it was Bob that i had spoken to on the phone, but Bov had just left for the day. He then said that Bob had mentioned to him that I would be coming in to return the breaker before leaving. He then proceeded to tell me he can't take back the breaker and if it had been him who spoke to me on the phone he would have told me no. It wouldn't have bothered me if I was told no from the start as it sounds like it is their normal policy, but the fact that I wasted my time and they essentially lied to me is bothersome. The way it was handled was completely unprofessional. Apparently customer service is not their thing."
