"My partner and I booked a couples soak for valentine’s day. It was both of our first times and we loved it! They showed us around the facility and even threw in a 15 min sauna session for free before our hour soak. It was SO relaxing and such a cool experience, we will definitely be back. We especially loved how they made the entire room a deprivation experience rather than those smaller pod-like tubs. Those would have made us too claustrophobic. I am excited to see what other experiences they add, they seem to have some cool plans for the future."

"This place is AMAZING and so relaxing!! A friend gifted me a float session followed by a reiki session here and it was the most calming relaxing experience I've had. I would rather do a salt float session than a massage any day because of how wonderful this felt. The ambience and atmosphere here is so chill and calm. I like how clean and neat everything is and the cool blue lighting in the hall along with the soft music really added to the vibe. I left feeling so relaxed and just like- lighter. It helped with my pain levels and I felt like I got a deeper sleep. Definitely recommend this place and I'm gonna keep going back!"

"I scheduled a couple's float session online a few weeks ago for myself and an out-of-town relative. I received a voicemail the day prior to my appointment that there was an electrical issue with the float spa, so they would need to reschedule. That is totally understandable and outside of the owner's control. However, the owner didn't return two voicemails I left regarding a refund (I paid in advance and my relative already departed). While it seems easy to schedule through their online tool, I'm disappointed in the customer service related to cancelations. Because the cancelation was initiated by the business, I feel a refund is only fair... honestly due to the lack of response, I'm not sure I'd want to reschedule at this point. I ended up filing a refund request through my credit card since I never heard back from the business."
