That feeling quickly went away because of their great staff. Everyone I had an interaction with was so friendly and were able to confidently answer all of my questions. "I scheduled the consultation appointment, then an appointment for lip filler injections. I stated on the background history I filled out before the consultation that I had a cleft lip & pallet with multiple surgeries since a baby. During the consultation, I also told her over the phone the same thing. Multiple surgeries from my cleft lip & pallet. I scheduled time off work, drove 30 minutes to my appointment for the filler appointment. Only to be told I'm not a candidate because of having my cleft lip surgeries. I was asked if I told them about it during the consultation, YEP. It honestly wasn't a great feeling either to go there excited to get my lip filled in only to be told "sorry for wasting your time". Was asked if I had it before, I said yes a couple times. Was then told that they probably shouldn't had filled it in either at the places I had went to. I've had my lip filled 4 times over the last 10 years with no issues. I now have an appointment scheduled elsewhere to have it done. Very, very disappointing experience."
